You have a 3 business day right to cancel after you sign the closing documents. We will mirror the refund policy of your school. If you and the school determine you are due a refund, the school will send funds to us then we will credit your account accordingly.
We require a minimum of a 5% up front down payment on all our loans made payable to the school and it covers part of the cost of your program. (Not a fee) There are only two closing costs associated with this loan; a 5% underwriting fee and a Florida documentary stamp tax fee which is based on a .035 millage rate. Both fees are financed into the loan.
The first payment will be due 30 days from the date of the loan closing.
Please call our office for a current and accurate payoff. Your statement only reflects an ending balance for that cycle. Your simple interest loan accrues a daily per-diem and it compounds monthly which makes it necessary to call for an accurate payoff.
ACH is simply the mechanism for paying your loan payment automatically. You will fill out the supplied ACH form which will include bank account number you wish to have us withdraw from and sign it and we will set that payment up. Tip: you will get a small incentive of a 1% rate reduction for the duration of your ACH.
Yes- you can make a payment online as well as view balances, and schedule payments, all at no cost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click on the Customer Login button at the top right corner of the website. You will then select “create new account” which is located under the email address box in section 1. Follow the instructions to set up account. Watch for a confirmation email to activate your account. Please call us if you have a question with set up.
